I want to polish my English. I speak decent enough but not as attractive as some of my peers. How can I be at that level?

First, I think you should be proud of yourself that you speak fluently. Not many people can do this and they struggle everyday. Try to be more proud of yourself and build your confidence this way. That's the hardest struggle. Believe that whatever you say is right grammatically. And when you say something that is incorrect, just apologise and say it correctly. There's absolutely no harm in admitting you made a small mistake while speaking or writing and that you corrected yourself. Second, speaking "attractive English" depends on what you think is attractive.
